Job Summary
The Housekeeping – Maintenance Associate role focuses on maintaining a clean, sanitary, and welcoming facility across all club areas, including cleaning cardio equipment, locker rooms, and common surfaces; re-racking weights and organizing fitness spaces; and providing friendly guest service while following cleaning protocols. The position requires attention to detail, ability to work independently, physical stamina to lift up to 60 lbs, and compatibility with a team-driven environment that supports brand values such as delivering comfortable experiences and maintaining a clean, safe club.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or cleaning experience preferred
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to follow directions and work independently
- Dependable and self-motivated
- CPR/AED Certification (preferred)
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 60 lbs
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Indoor environment with exposure to light, sound, and temperature changes
- Ability to safely operate cleaning and fitness equipment
