Job Summary
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining guest rooms in a hotel or resort, ensuring guest satisfaction. This includes cleaning bathrooms, changing linens, dusting and vacuuming, replenishing amenities, and ensuring rooms are tidy and inviting. The role may also involve assisting with laundry services, delivering room service items, or helping in other areas of the hotel. Responsibilities include cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, replenishing amenities, delivering room service items as needed, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail and time management while providing excellent customer service. Must be able to perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling for extended periods and work independently or as part of a team.
