Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel by executing daily cleaning procedures and ensuring all areas meet presentation requirements. Manage time effectively to complete allocated tasks while adhering to workplace health and safety practices and hazard reporting protocols. Provide a welcoming environment for guests through professional interactions and attention to detail. This role supports the Daymaker ethos of delivering unexpected guest experiences at QT Canberra, contributing to a $2.3B property portfolio managed by EVT.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a cleaner or housekeeper within a hotel or similar environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with hotel cleaning procedures and operational policies
- Understanding of workplace health and safety (WH&S) practices and hazard reporting
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within allocated timeframes
- Strong communication skills
