Job Summary
Housekeeping Attendant responsibilities include responding to guest requests, stocking and transporting supplies, entering guest rooms following procedures, replacing amenities and linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, removing trash, inspecting appliances, dusting and polishing surfaces, vacuuming, and performing floor care. Maintain safety and security by following policies, report hazards, complete safety training, store flammable materials properly, and maintain a professional appearance. Greet guests according to standards, anticipate needs, assist guests with disabilities, communicate clearly, support team goals, and adhere to quality standards. Physically able to move and lift items up to 25 pounds (and more with assistance), push/pull carts, reach overhead and bend/twist, stand for extended periods, and perform other duties as requested by Supervisors. Preferred qualification notes include education that does not require a high school diploma or GED; no related work experience and no supervisory experience.
