Respond promptly to guest and department requests by filling carts with supplies and transporting them to assigned areas. Enter guest rooms following access procedures, then replace amenities, linens, and dirty items while making beds and folding towels. Clean bathrooms, remove trash, and check that all appliances are present and functional. Dust, polish, and straighten furniture, while vacuuming carpets and performing floor care duties in rooms and hallways. Move objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and assist with items exceeding that weight. Push and pull loaded carts over sloping surfaces, standing, sitting, or kneeling for extended shifts while adhering to all safety policies.
