Respond to guest requests and departmental prompts; service hotel rooms by replacing amenities, linens, beds, and cleaning bathrooms; manage room readiness and inventory of supplies; perform floor care, vacuuming, and furniture/wall upkeep; follow safety, security, and company policies; operate the housekeeping cart and assist with luggage and room access; maintain professional appearance and guest communication; ensure confidentiality and guest satisfaction; capable of lifting up to 25 pounds and standing for extended periods; collaborate with team to meet quality standards and service goals.
