Job Summary
Maintain a friendly, attentive demeanor during all guest encounters and respond appropriately to complaints. Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and storage spaces are picture-perfect for optimal first impressions. Prepare for each shift with a well-stocked cart, including approved cleaning supplies and guest room essentials. Verify that vacuums, mops, and dusters are clean and in good working order. Vacuum, dust, clean, sweep, polish, and restock the required number of guest rooms. Respect guest property and privacy while adhering to lost and found procedures on all items found. Understand and practice all emergency procedures for the hotel. This role requires continuous physical movement, the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and may involve long days or weekends to meet business demands.
