Job Summary
Clean and prepare guest rooms, hallways, and public areas by following brand procedures, stocking supplies, making beds, and removing trash. Perform deep cleaning activities as needed and complete special requests from guests or other departments. Report maintenance issues and lost items to supervisors. Maintain personal appearance standards and interact with guests and team members in a service-oriented manner. Work flexible shifts including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical ability to stand/walk the entire shift and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Flexible schedule with availability days, nights, holidays, and weekend based on the demands of the hotel
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job
