Job Summary
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel by delivering guest requests, stocking carts, and cleaning rooms and public spaces. Ensure a safe workplace by following company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards while upholding quality standards. Work on your feet, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds with a hands-on approach. Communicate professionally and adhere to uniform and personal appearance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
- Must be able to move about their space
- Must be able to deliver guest requests
- Must be able to stock carts
- Must be able to clean rooms and public spaces
- Must be able to perform other similar responsibilities
