Job Summary
Clean and maintain all bathrooms, floors, and surfaces including glass and furniture before, during, and after all events. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash and recycle receptacles while replenishing supplies as needed. Monitor and report any discrepancies, damage, loss of property, or safety issues to the manager. Maintain a neat, professional appearance and follow all safety procedures to ensure the security of co-workers and guests. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50lbs, and working in crowded, loud environments with special effects like haze and lasers. You must be able to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as varying temperatures. Prior guest service experience is a plus.

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Must be able to walk to and from designated employee parking areas, including in varying earther conditions and during high-traffic event times
- Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to work in cold/hot indoor and outdoor temperatures
- Must be able to climb ladders, kneel, bend, stoop, and squat without any physical movement restriction
- Must be able to work comfortably at high heights using man lifts, truss, ladders, and catwalks
