Job Summary
Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to departmental standards while stocking linen trolleys with correct supplies and maintaining a neat storeroom. Maintain hygiene standards throughout the property by ensuring constant cleaning and sanitizing of all touch points, and ensure proper use and care of all cleaning equipment. Assist in other areas of the Housekeeping Department as required. This seasonal role at Mount Nelson, A Belmond Hotel, supports a team delivering immersive, unique, and hand-crafted gastronomic experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Experience providing exceptional guest service and working in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and attentive demeanor; ability to answer questions
- Strong communications skills to interact with guests
- Previous experience in a similar role with good knowledge of stain treatments, industrial cleaning equipment and products
