Job Summary
Conduct daily housekeeping duties by cleaning guestrooms and common areas, including dusting, making beds, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and inside window cleaning. Remove soiled linen, replenish rooms with supplies, and sign in and out master keys daily while maintaining accountability for all equipment. Update the designated system with cleaned room statuses, collect and tag lost and found articles per policy, and report maintenance items or safety concerns to the line Supervisor promptly. Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation protocols while collaborating with team members to support departmental goals. Maintain proper usage and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Basic English communication skills with the ability to understand and follow instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules based on departmental needs
- Proven ability to remain calm, courteous, and focused on guest needs in all situations
