Job Summary
Provide consistent housekeeping service to guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants, public areas and circulatory areas to hotel standards; duties include cleaning and maintaining areas, replenishing guest supplies, promptly attending guest requests, reporting damages or malfunctions, maintaining equipment, preparing daily reports, handling lost and found, addressing guest complaints tactfully, following fire and life safety procedures, attending trainings, maintaining personal appearance, and collaborating with team to deliver service; requires good English, service orientation, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and professional grooming.
Required Qualifications
- Primary school education
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Good oral proficiency in English language
- No experience is required, training will be provided
