Job Summary
Ensure club and exercise equipment are continuously clean and well maintained while providing excellent customer service to members and guests. Keep the sidewalk entrance, lobby, and storage areas presentable, rubbish-free, and stocked with necessary consumables. Clean locker rooms, organize exercise and coat rooms, and maintain adequate towel supplies on the exercise floor. Provide maintenance for all equipment, receive and store deliveries, and assist with special events and stock taking. Escalate issues to the Maintenance Manager and prepare, launder, and handover towels and member clothes through Laundry and Valet services. Work the 5am opening shift with flexibility from Monday to Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work at 5am for the opening shift
- Must possess a clear understanding of what constitutes a clean and sanitary environment
- Must have a legal right to work in the United Kingdom
- Candidates will be required to be flexible from Monday to Saturday
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning and laundry services is highly preferred
- Willingness to service athletic equipment along with previous experience working with cleaning products and hand tools
- Strong customer service, organizational, and multi-tasking abilities
