Job Summary
Perform cleaning services to residential homes daily, including scheduled annual deep cleans. Clean floors, furnishings, walls, windows, woodwork, and specified items through high and low dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Scrub bathrooms, polish tubs, sinks, and mirrors, then clean glass panels, doors, and partitions. Straighten furniture, water plants, and manage wastebaskets. Clean building utility areas, closets, offices, lounges, lobbies, entrances, halls, meeting rooms, and stairways. Remove soiled laundry and return clean laundry to residences in an organized manner. Full-time position with Monday through Friday or four-day workweeks; occasional weekends. Starting pay $15/hour. Located in Charlotte, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English
- Must be able to frequently stand, stoop, bend, squat throughout a shift, and be able to stand/walk for up to 70% of the workday
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds without assistance, and push/pull on a cart
- Must be age 16 or older
