Job Summary
Respond to dispatch in a timely manner and perform a variety of environmental and cleaning duties necessary for the department's orderly functioning. Clean spills according to HAZMAT guidelines, maintain equipment, and recognize issues that may cause problems, referring them through the proper chain of command while documenting legibly. Utilize two-way radio systems or phones to maintain an open channel of communication and demonstrate proper radio/phone etiquette in all interactions. Works to improve and/or maintain HCAHPS scores.
Required Qualifications
- ability to communicate and understand simple directions in English
- ability to read MSDS & chemical labels
- ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or the equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
