Job Summary
Respond promptly to guest and department requests, filling carts with supplies and transporting them to assigned areas. Enter guest rooms to verify vacancy, replace amenities and linens, make beds, clean bathrooms, remove trash, and inspect appliances for functionality. Perform floor care duties including vacuuming and dusting, while ensuring all equipment is present and operational. Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to safety policies, and report maintenance issues or hazards immediately. Move objects up to 25 pounds independently and operate housekeeping carts over uneven surfaces. Complete required safety training and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 1 Years of work experience
- Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related equipment over sloping and uneven surfaces
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift
- Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 25 pounds with assistance
