Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by performing day-to-day cleaning of residents' rooms and community common areas. Execute housekeeping practices using proper equipment and cleaning agents while demonstrating strong organizational and time-management abilities. Uphold safety, quality, and resident satisfaction standards with sound judgement and effective communication skills. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs occasionally. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
