Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor

Inspect guest rooms and V.I.P. accommodations to ensure standards are met, oversee daily floor closing and linen restocking, and maintain key control systems. Direct room attendants and housekeepers by assigning duties, monitoring cart cleanliness, and conducting daily performance inspections. Initiate and follow through on maintenance work orders for rooms and facilities while managing lost and found items. Assist with staff training, motivate associates, and ensure courteous service to guests and management. Carry active communication devices to coordinate with front office and engineering throughout the shift. Report on out-of-order rooms and progress to the Guest Services Manager daily.
