Job Summary
Follow established housekeeping procedures and infection control guidelines while cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and facility workspaces. Operate industrial cleaning equipment, including floor buffers and scrubbers, and perform minor maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs. Lift and transport supplies, equipment, and materials as needed, while maintaining inventory and notifying supervisors for replenishment. Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Work a part-time day shift with availability for every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Must be available to work every other weekend
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures
