Job Summary
Lead housekeeping operations at Hampton Inn and Suites in Goodlettsville, TN. Oversee and assign daily tasks for the housekeeping staff, inspect and approve cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, manage laundry and room turnover, train staff on hotel SOPs and standards, monitor purchasing costs and labor, and foster a positive team culture.
