Job Summary
Clean and tidy all facility areas to established standards within time limits while maintaining equipment in good condition. Create daily job lists, record serviced rooms, and check stocking levels of all consumables. Handle reasonable guest complaints or requests and report shortages, damages, or security issues immediately. Deliver excellent customer service and comply with health and safety regulations and company policies. This full-time role supports the NHC mission to enhance patient and community well-being through a culture of teamwork and integrity.

- Helpful with customer service orientation
- Prioritization and time management skills
