Job Summary
Clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas with a close eye for detail. Perform deep cleaning for rooms after discharge and prepare spaces for new admissions. Maintain safety and sanitary conditions by complying with federal, state, and local laws while following all company policies. Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and colleagues with a warm and friendly demeanor. Ensure quality standards are met through solid communication skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities. English proficiency required for interacting with all stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Must have ability to follow written and oral instructions
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members

- Housekeeping experience preferred but not required
