Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor

Ensure housekeepers follow duties for residents and staff in the nursing center, including cleaning patient bathrooms, emptying waste receptacles, and mopping floors. Establish cleaning schedules, order supplies, and crosstrain staff for laundry and floor tech duties. Handle hiring, orientation, and termination of department employees while assuming understaffed shift duties. Complete day and time schedules two weeks in advance. Requires Florida AHCA Clearinghouse background screening. High school diploma required; healthcare experience a plus.
