Job Summary
Complete all daily and weekly cleaning schedules, sign necessary paperwork, and follow guidance from the Head Housekeeper to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Undertake general cleaning tasks, carry out laundry duties as required, and ensure the working environment is free from hazards. Take responsibility for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of residents in the care setting. Shift times are 0800-1400 on a 0-hour bank contract at £12.71 per hour. Previous non-domestic cleaning experience is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment in the Home
- Ability to follow simple written and verbal instructions and write basic comments
- Communicate effectively with other team members
- Display reliability and trustworthiness
- Previous non-domestic cleaning and experience of working in a care setting would be beneficial
- Shift times are 0800-1400
- 0 hour BANK contract available
- This position is subject to a DBS check
