Job Summary
Conduct general cleaning, spot checks, and maintenance reporting for cabins, villas, and facilities while changing linen, making beds, and ensuring bathrooms gleam. Tidy indoor and outdoor spaces through vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping, then clean the amenity block and camp kitchen. Dispose of rubbish, maintain neatness, and complete checklists for mid-stay cleans. Chat with guests to assist with ad-hoc requests and help create sparkling first impressions. Work flexible rostered hours between 8:30am-1pm in housekeeping or 7am-12pm in amenities, with weekend and public holiday availability. A valid Working with Children's Check is required for amenities roles.
Required Qualifications
- Flexibility to work some weekends and public holidays
- Amenities positions must hold a valid Working with Children's Check
- Understanding of basic hygiene and safe work practices
- Ability to work independently or as part of a fun, energetic team
- Physically fit, hands-on, and ready for a role that keeps you moving
- Friendly, can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our guests
