Job Summary
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and ancillary departments. Vacuum hallways, mop floors, and regularly clean windows, doors, mirrors, vents, and garbage cans. Empty trash, transport waste to designated disposal areas, and keep housekeeping carts and equipment organized. Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and repair needs to supervisors while adhering to infection control, HIPAA, and facility policies. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, attend required meetings and trainings, and perform additional duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
