Job Summary
Provide thorough cleaning and sanitizing of residents' rooms and common areas, ensuring all supplies are suitable and equipment functions properly. Deliver cleaning in a positive, professional manner while respecting resident privacy. Prepare rooms for new arrivals by ensuring they are clean, sanitized, and welcoming. Maintain a safe and clean environment as a welcomed member of the Long Term Care team. This role supports the mission to bring joy into everyday life for seniors by recognizing them by their life stories.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary school graduate or approved equivalent
- Legally eligible to work in Canada or have a valid work/study permit
- Successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
- Successfully pass the prescribed Criminal Records Check
