Job Summary
Housekeeping Aide at East Troy Manor responsible for keeping resident rooms and common areas clean and inviting; provide a friendly presence to residents and visitors; note needed repairs and report to supervisor; perform all duties as assigned by supervisor and facility administrator; prior experience in long-term care preferred but training is available; successful candidate will be able to lift up to 30 lbs, push/pull 20 lbs, and stand 6-8 hours daily; role entails a full-time schedule with days, every other weekend, and rotating holidays; benefits include health, dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, EAP, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of housekeeping tasks - paid training available
- Must be able to physically lift a maximum of 30#, with frequent waist lifting and/or overhead lifting of 20#.
- Must be able to push and/or pull with a maximum effort of 20#.
- Must be able to stand or walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour day.
