Job Summary
Respond promptly to guest and department requests while delivering guest items, setting up furniture, and removing debris, linens, and trays from hallways. Clean, maintain, and store cleaning equipment; post caution signs and contact other departments for urgent repairs. Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and accidents in public areas or guest rooms. Follow all company and safety policies, including proper storage of flammable materials and completion of required training. Move, lift, and push housekeeping carts over sloping surfaces while standing, kneeling, or walking for extended shifts. Welcome and acknowledge guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
