Job Summary
Promotes a professional and comfortable atmosphere for all residents by cleaning and servicing assigned areas; performs laundry duties (washing, drying, folding, delivering clean clothing to residents’ rooms); cleans resident rooms, dining areas, common areas, and public restrooms; sorts items to be laundered and prepares them for washing; maintains overall facility cleanliness and sanitation; requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read, write, and communicate in English; offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.
Required Qualifications
- Shall have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Able to read, write, understand and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
- Possesses clear verbal and written communication skills.
