Housekeeping Aide

Conduct resident-focused housekeeping duties, including floor maintenance, deep cleaning, carbonizing, and waste management across all facility areas. Perform preventive and assigned custodial tasks to ensure the environment meets physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs while maintaining neatness in living rooms, bathrooms, and utility rooms. Utilize professional communication to establish working relationships with residents, families, and co-workers, and participate in multidisciplinary team efforts to report daily personal care needs and preferences. Adhere to daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning check-off lists, audit sheets, and workplace policies, while adopting safe work practices for heavy lifting and reporting unsafe conditions. Works full-time day shifts every other weekend; requires high school diploma and experience in housekeeping or long-term care is a plus.
