Housekeeping Aide

Maintain a clean, orderly, and sanitary environment throughout the facility by cleaning resident rooms, restrooms, offices, lounges, hallways, therapy areas, and common spaces. Perform emergency cleaning as needed, dust, disinfect, and polish surfaces, fixtures, furniture, and equipment. Sweep, mop, disinfect, and maintain floors; assist with carpet cleaning and floor care. Replace light bulbs, clean vents, remove lint from dryers, and support basic maintenance tasks. Keep outdoor areas tidy, including entrances, patios, and walkways. Replenish soap, towels, and other supplies. Assist with room readiness for new admissions and discharges. Follow infection-prevention procedures, including cleaning isolation rooms. Ensure equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored and maintained. Respond to environmental service requests from residents and staff with professionalism and courtesy.
