Job Summary
Clean and sanitize guest rooms to hotel standards, dust and sanitize furnishings, replenish supplies and amenities, inspect rooms for readiness, report damages to housekeeping supervisor, maintain cleaning supplies and carts in safe, organized condition, respond to guest requests promptly, handle guest complaints professionally, promote guest goodwill through courteous service, work with team to meet room readiness targets within specified timeframes, wear uniform and nametag, follow all hotel policies and emergency procedures, perform deep cleaning when assigned, and perform other duties as designated.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school or equivalent
- Prior housekeeping/hotel experience preferred
