Job Summary
Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to Westin and CMC Hotels brand standards by making beds, replacing linens, and replenishing amenities. Dust, vacuum, sanitize, and thoroughly clean all guest room areas, including bathrooms, while inspecting rooms to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety hazards promptly and respond courteously to guest requests. Maintain housekeeping carts, equipment, and supply areas in a clean and organized manner while following all safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures. Work collaboratively with team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, sanitation procedures, and proper cleaning techniques is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing as part of a team.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
