Job Summary
Strip units of soiled linens, remove trash, and clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks. Report clean units as vacant, document maintenance issues, and notify supervisors of damaged carpets, drapes, furniture, or missing inventory. Perform weekly guest services cleans and assist in organizing storage closets. Attend all training sessions, solve guest complaints promptly, and maintain a safe working environment while adhering to quality and timeliness standards. Work irregular hours in conditions involving odors, dust, and cleaning chemicals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
- Ability to make decisions
- Planning and scheduling capabilities
- Ability to read, write and do basic math
- Personal timeliness be prompt with all assignments
- Ability to learn and change behavior
- Work irregular hours
