Job Summary
Housekeeper position at Weinstein Properties in Fort Worth, TX. Responsibilities include cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, coffee station, cleaning vacant and model units, and completing freshens in model and vacant ready homes. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently; collaborates with maintenance and leasing teams; physically able to stand and walk for extended periods. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. Starting pay is $16.50/hour with quarterly bonuses and a $1,000 stay-on bonus after 90 days in good standing. Equal Opportunity Employer.
