Job Summary
Hotel Housekeeper responsible for cleaning and resetting guest rooms to brand standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, replacing linens and towels, restocking amenities and minibar as applicable. Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report via work order system; follow infection-control, chemical, and OSHA standards for safe room turnover; secure guest property and follow lost & found procedures while respecting privacy and do-not-disturb policies. Meet productivity and quality inspection goals per shift. Requires ability to bend, reach, and stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30–40 lbs; basic English communication; flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays. E-Verify employer. Location: Winter Haven, FL, USA (on-site).
Required Qualifications
- Previous hotel room attendant experience preferred
- Brand standards familiarity a plus
- Basic English communication for work orders and guest interactions
- Ability to bend, reach, and stand/walk for extended periods; lift up to 30–40 lbs
