Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive cleaning of all common spaces and resident rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, carpet shampooing, and sanitizing bathrooms. Maintain stocked housekeeping carts with properly labeled chemicals, ensuring secure storage and resident safety. Collect and empty trash, remove wall marks, and use wet floor signs in public areas. Assess resident conditions, identify safety hazards, and report changes or maintenance needs to management immediately. Listen to resident and family concerns, maintaining emotional composure in all situations. Work weekends from 8:00am to 4:00pm at Collier Park, adhering to infection control protocols and federal regulations.

- Ability to read, speak, and write in English

- Willingness to support others on the team as requested by supervisor
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
- Ability to lift, carry, stand, bend, squat, crawl, reach, kneel, push, pull, and twist using good body mechanics for sustained periods of time
- Ability to maintain emotional composure and stay calm in all situations
Desired Qualifications
- High School or GED equivalent
- Experience working in a hospitality setting
- Experience working in a senior community
