Job Summary
Conduct thorough cleaning of resident rooms, apartments, villas, and bathrooms per assigned schedules. Restock supplies in public areas and restrooms, while performing deep cleaning and disinfection of spaces prior to new admissions. Clean interior and exterior windows, doors, and change curtains using a step stool or ladder as needed. Adhere to all daily, weekly, monthly, and holiday rotation schedules, completing required documentation and audits. Operate a company vehicle with a valid PA driver's license and two years of experience. Work part-time weekends only from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on an every-other weekend and every third holiday rotation basis. Maintain high cleanliness standards in Tandem Living campuses in Trillium Place.
Required Qualifications
- A valid PA driver's license, with at least two consecutive years of driving experience
Desired Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of experience in a skilled nursing or retirement facility
