Job Summary
Cleans guest rooms in accordance with established hotel standards to ensure a consistent level of cleanliness and occupancy readiness. Responds to guest and coworker needs in a friendly, positive manner and carries out special requests in a timely fashion (e.g., extra towels, equipment replacement). Maintains cleanliness and hygiene per guidelines; ability to lift and maneuver heavy loads is required. Flexible weekend/holiday availability and a professional appearance are expected. Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years or older
- Must be flexible (work weekends and holidays)
- Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be able to walk, climb stairs, stand, bend, crouch, kneel, reach overhead, twist, lift, push, pull and carry loads in excess of 100 lbs.
