Maintains cleanliness of Vie Fit fitness center and all common areas, assists with cleaning, turnover of vacant units, and making ready corporate units; supports in resident functions and office upkeep; follows safety protocols and COVID-19 cleanliness guidelines; performs daily cleaning of community spaces and reports maintenance needs; ensures property ambiance aligns with brand; participates in inventory management of cleaning supplies; attends employee meetings; role emphasizes hospitality, reliability, organizational skills, and customer service in a team-based, entrepreneurial environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2 plus years previous experience preferred
- High School or equivalent
- Needs to be thorough, reliable, responsible, honest, organized, flexible, and service-oriented
