Job Summary
The Housekeeper maintains cleanliness and presentation of common areas and amenities and ensures apartments are move-in ready. Responsibilities include cleaning vacant units and shared spaces (clubhouses, offices, fitness centers, and common areas), maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, collaborating with maintenance and leasing teams, following company standards with attention to detail, and supporting resident satisfaction and property standards. Skills emphasized include safe handling of cleaning chemicals, strong attention to detail, ability to lift heavy items as needed, and proactive upkeep to uphold the property's appearance and resident experience. Required Qualifications
