Job Summary
Clean, sanitize, and organize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops while ensuring plumbing fixtures remain functional. Vacuum floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes across living, dining, hallways, study, executive, and craft rooms. Wipe, disinfect, and dust all surfaces and mirrors; clean up spills and stains using appropriate equipment. Collect and dispose of trash and recycling to the correct collection points on premises. Ensure walls, ceilings, windows, and floors are clean and in good repair. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing clients' needs, requests, and concerns. Work minimal late nights and weekends with time off for most holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a current certificate or equivalent, from a nationally recognized or approved certification program (i.e., OSHA, CMI)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to maintain proof of individual auto insurance as required by company safe driver policy.
- Required to reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less.
- Physically able to push a vacuum cleaner or mop for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- The position requires the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- 1-2 years of previous housekeeping experience.
