Job Summary
Clean, sanitize, and organize bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and countertops while ensuring plumbing fixtures remain functional. Vacuum floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes across living, dining, hallways, study, executive, and craft rooms. Remove spills and stains using appropriate equipment, collect and dispose of trash and recycling, and wipe, disinfect, and dust all surfaces and mirrors. Maintain walls, ceilings, windows, and floors in a state of good repair and provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client needs and concerns. Work minimal late nights and weekends with time off for most holidays. Requires a valid driver's license, current cleaning certification, and ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a current certificate or equivalent, from a nationally recognized or approved certification program (i.e., OSHA, CMI)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to maintain proof of individual auto insurance as required by company safe driver policy.
- Required to reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push, and pull items weighing 30 pounds or less.
- Physically able to push a vacuum cleaner or mop for extended periods of time.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- The position requires the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- 1-2 years of previous housekeeping experience.
