Job Summary
Housekeeper in assisted living responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment across resident rooms, tenant apartments, bathrooms, and common areas. Performs deep cleans, carpet care, mopping, laundry, sanitation of bathrooms, and disinfects spaces per safety protocols. Follows infection control procedures, uses PPE and SDS-compliant chemicals, reports hazards, and supports resident dignity and comfort. Includes training participation, seasonal or project-based cleaning, move-ins/move-outs, and compliance with DHS/RCAC certification requirements as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or environmental services preferred, especially in healthcare or assisted living environment.
