Job Summary
Housekeeper role in an assisted living community focused on creating a home-like environment: clean resident rooms and shared spaces with attention to detail, sanitize bathrooms and high-touch areas, restock supplies, build friendly connections with residents, follow cleaning schedules and safety guidelines, report maintenance needs, and demonstrate infection-control practices. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, clear English communication, and CPR/First Aid certification; 12+ years education preferred, HS diploma/GED required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to read, write, and verbally communicate in English
- Willingness to adhere to assisted living principles
- CPR/First Aid Certification
