Job Summary
Clean assigned guest rooms daily according to hotel standards and restock room carts with supplies while maintaining equipment cleanliness. Report room status, damages, or missing items to the Housekeeping Department and safely handle assigned pass keys during each shift. Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned, follow proper procedures for cleaning agents, and provide courteous service to guests. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and turn in lost and found items with proper documentation. Manage time effectively to complete required tasks on time while maintaining composure under pressure as a reliable team player.
Required Qualifications
- Be able to manage time effectively, complete required tasks on time
- Must have prior housekeeping experience
- Must have ability to communicate effectively
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying and solving problems as necessary
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Stable work history required
