Job Summary
The Housekeeper, also known as the Room Attendant, is essential in maintaining cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere in guest rooms and public areas, contributing to guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include cleaning and tidying rooms, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting and wiping surfaces, restocking supplies, removing trash, and maintaining floor cleanliness. The role requires reporting maintenance issues and interacting courteously with guests. Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, communication skills, and an understanding of safety practices. Physical work is expected, including lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexibility for varying shifts is necessary.
