Job Summary
Clean and maintain leasing offices, clubhouses, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and other common areas. Prepare vacant units for new residents by cleaning floors, windows, appliances, and bathrooms. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management and follow company safety and cleaning protocols. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. This role supports a welcoming environment for residents and prospective tenants within the community.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
Desired Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good communication skills
